Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Zwist for entertainment. Do not resell, decompile or abuse the service.
The full-game purchase
Zwist is free with an optional one-time “full game” purchase of €4.99 (or local equivalent). It is not a subscription — a single payment unlocks the listed features. On iOS the purchase is made through Apple.
Digital content & right of withdrawal
The unlock is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and accessing it, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Refunds
Refunds are handled through the payment platform (Stripe/RevenueCat; on iOS, Apple). If something’s wrong with your purchase, email henoch@zwist.app.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and the question bank are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by law.
No warranty & limitation of liability
Zwist is provided “as is”. Trivia questions may contain errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. None of this limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms; the current version is posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
